Service Description
AMPP™ Certification Course — 2,500-character description The Accredited Mineral Project Proponent (AMPP™) Certification is ICMCI’s flagship credential for professionals who need mineral projects to be credible by design—technically sound, socially responsible, verifiable, secure, and market-ready. AMPP™ unites engineering practice, ESG and compliance architecture, MRV and carbon accounting, supply-chain assurance, and modern data/cybersecurity into one practical training and assessment pathway. Built for project managers, engineers, ESG leads, legal and compliance teams, data/OT specialists, and program executives, AMPP™ aligns directly to key frameworks: ISO 37301 (compliance), ISO 14064-2 (project-level GHG), ISO 17029/17065 (conformity assessment), ISO 19011 (auditing), and ISO 27001 (information security). It also trains Article 6 readiness—host-party authorization, corresponding adjustments, double-count safeguards—and prepares teams for emerging market disclosures (e.g., EU CBAM data expectations). Over six weeks (≈72 hours), you’ll move through concise foundations, guided practitioner labs, live case clinics, and a capstone audit simulation. Labs cover field event capture from face→terminal, partner-document ingestion (CoA/PSI), lot- and shipment-level custody transfers, token rulebooks for permissioned markets, key management and incident response, stakeholder mapping, and grievance mechanisms. Every artifact maps to evidence you can defend. Your capstone produces an AMPP Dossier: integrity charter and risk register, compliance matrix, MRV plan with QA/QC and durability class, chain-of-custody map and token rulebook, data governance snapshot and incident runbook, Article 6 readiness pack, and stakeholder plan. Assessment includes a proctored exam plus a brief oral defense with assessors—focused on traceability, judgment, and ethics. Credential tiers—Associate, Professional, Lead, and Fellow—support growth from practitioner to program leadership. Certificates are valid three years with CPD, an ethics affirmation, and a short surveillance quiz. Organizational recognition (AMPP-Org Bronze/Silver/Gold) rewards teams that invest in certified staff, mature ISMS practices, transparent dashboards, and effective grievance handling. Why AMPP™? Because markets, regulators, and communities now demand proof—of performance, integrity, and control. AMPP™ gives you the templates, playbooks, and muscle memory to produce that proof on demand.
